Frontera Strategies offers two PPO medical plan options as well as a HSA Health Savings Account) option and dental benefits for all regular full-time (40+ hours) employees and their families. Insurance coverage is effective the first of the month following 30 days after date of hire. Frontera Strategies currently pays a substantial percentage of the cost of employee’s premium for medical and dental coverage. Employees are responsible for paying the remaining balance through payroll deductions. Coverage for dependents is also offered and these premiums can also be deducted from the employee’s paycheck.
