PAID VACATION

We believe that paid vacations are important to both the employee and the company. Vacation with pay is one of the ways we show our appreciation to our employees for their length of service and hard work. Paid vacations are available to all full-time employees, whether salaried or hourly.

ACCRUAL OF VACATION DAYS
For employees who have been with the company for six months, vacation days are accrued at the rate of one every 35 days for a total of five days to be used by the one year anniversary. From the one year anniversary through the fourth year anniversary, vacation days are accrued at the rate of one every 35 days for a total of 10 days per year. Beginning with the fifth year anniversary, vacation days are accrued at the rate of one every 24 days for a total of 15 days per year.

BONUS DAY
One bonus day of paid vacation is given for each employee on the anniversary of his or her hire each year following the third anniversary of employment with Frontera Strategies. This bonus day may be taken on a day mutually agreed upon by the employee and his or her manager.

PAID HOLIDAYS
At Frontera Strategies, we have nine paid holidays each year.

COMPENSATION
Frontera’s compensation package also includes an Incentive Compensation Plan, which provides employees financial rewards based on Frontera’s performance.

401-K
Frontera offers a 401-K retirement program for employees that offers features normally found in world-class organizations. Some restrictions for participation may apply.
